We are proud to be able to offer specialized programs that help meet the needs of our hospice patients.

Hospice Namaste Program Honoring the Spirit Within:

We believe that the spirit in each person lives regardless of their physical and cognitive status. It is our honor to nurture each individual through loving touch, meaningful activities, and the presence of others. We will do everything in our power to make the final moments as gentle and peaceful as possible.

Hospice Namaste program is specially designed to add meaning and value to the lives of patients who have dementia, are nonambulatory, and who have difficulty communicating with those around them.

End of Life Review
Capturing the Memories of Those we Love:

Specially trained Hospice Staff interview patients using guided questions to help share their life stories and experiences. If requested, life stories are documented so that they may be shared with family members.
